LYCEUM CLUB

The Drama Circle held a very enjoyable afternoon in the club rooms last Thursday. A play "The Green Monkey" was ably presented by the following cast-: Billy, Mrs Dawson, Bruce, Mrs Winstone; Synthia, Mrs Pearse; Lady, Mrs Sduthey; Jones, Mrs Runciman, Mrs Jones, Mrs Littlejohn. A reading of "White Cliffs" by Mrs Conolly and Muss Howell was very much appreciated by the audience as were also two songs rendered by Miss N. Carter. Among those present were: Mesdameis Littlejohn, Runciman, Conolly, Armstrong, Spence, Winstone, Dawson, Farmer, Corcoran, Blair, Keir, Southey, Sumner, Luxton, Boon, I Thomas, Misses Allen, Boon, Howell, Spence, Wintone. The next Drama Circle will be held on Monday evening, October 6 at 8 p.m. The meeting concluded with the singing of the National Aaitheiru
