FIGHTER'S MOTHERS CAMPAIGN LAUNCHED NEXT WEEK Whakatane Avill experience its first Mystery Parcel campaign next week, when the W.W.S.A. will launch their drive in aid of the? - Fighter's Mothers Candidate (Mrs 11. Stubbs). The sale of tickets will be spread over the 15th and 16th inst, ond the tickets will be redeemable till the 20th. All tickets will be sold for 1/and they will include every, imaginable type of goods, articles and appliances, ranging from a glass- of beer to bags of coal. If you want your car greased, boots repaired, clothes cleaned, hair set, subscription to the 'BEACON,' just try your luck for a shilling. Other items include turkeys, firewood, cigarettes, soft drinks, boxes of chocolates, lamp shades, cycling repair outfits end hundreds of other articles. Every wrapper must win.something, so take a chance.
