EDGECUMBE BRANCH INSTALLATION OF OFFICERS. The half yearly installation of officers of the Eklgecumbe U.A.O'.D'. was held in Bell's Hall. There was a large attendance of members and visitors were, present from Rotorua, Te Puke and Piako lodges. Officers were installed for the current term as follows-: —- Arch Druid, Bro K. Melville; Vice-Arcli, Sister Neal; Inside Guardian, Sister Learning; Outside Guar tlian, Bro S. D. Neal; Arch Druid Bards, Sister Osborne and Sister Mullins; Vice-Arch Bards, P.A. Bro Thompson and Bro D. Neal. The installation was performed with impressive ceremony by the District President, Sister Harris. Officers made speeches of thanks. P.A. Bro F. W.- Snelling was then presented with a P. A. jewel he having completed a second' term of office in the Arch Druid's chair. It was resolved that the secretary send fraternal greetings to members serving with the forces overseas. Congraulations were extended to Sister Harris on having completed her term of office as District dent. j Supper was served by the social committee after which dancing and games were enjoyed.
