Did you know that the public wealth of, the Dominion is estimated at approximately £360,000,000, and the private wealth, including that of Maoris, at approximately £710,000,000? It appears unnecessary to state that the estimate given is at the best a rough approximation only„ No practical system has yet been devised that will permit of a reliably close extimation of national wealth. Changing values make it impossible.
