MONDAY'S SPORTS MEETING
ALL roads will lead to Taneatua on Monday (the King's Birthday) when the deferred Sports Meeting, held in the interests of the Patriotic Fund, will take place. As readers are already aware the improved programme makesi the day even more attractive and the lapse of time since the initial postponement has given the committee a chance to include additional events and numerous other details calculated to entertain the general public. Town and country residents can be depended on to attend* the sports in full strength, giving the. fixture the patronage it deserves.
