NEW CONNECTIONS MADE IMPROVEMENTS AT' HILLCREST Improvements to the Borougli water supply, particularly at Hillcrest, are mentioned in the report of the Borough Foreman presented to the Borough Council on Monday night. Existing services have been rearranged, generally straightened out and reconnected. Tn the new at Hillcrest provision has been made for connections to vacant sections and those about to be bu on, and the necessary wheel valves installed..
