SMALL CAR OVERTURNS ACCIDENT ON TANEATUA ROAiD Mrs H. J.* Clayden, of Devonport„ Auckland, was admitted to the Whakatane hospital suffering from shock and an injury to her right arm after a small car,, in which she was a passenger, had overturned on the Whakatane-Taneatua Road at noon on Sunday. Driven by Mr Herbert John Clayden, the car was proceeding towards Taneaf.ua, when it skidded in the loose metal on t|he side of the road and overturned. The driver was uninjured and the car was not damaged. COLLISION AT OHOPE PILLION RIDER SLIGHTLY INJURED , At 2 p.m. on car driven by Mr W. IX F. Chapman, of Epsom, Auckland, collided with a motorcycle at i* bend in the road near Ohope Beach. The pillion rider. Miss Norton* of Auckland, suffered a slight injury to her right leg but was able toj proceed. The right front mudguard of the car was bent.
