ELDERLY MAN'S DEATH

EARLY MORNING COLLAPSE

ATTEMPT TO REACH HOSPITAL The death occurred in sad circumstances of Mr David Bernard Robinson. at Ohopc Beach yesterday morning. Mr Robinson who was eighty years of age, and who was in indifferent health was staying with his son-in-law, Mr C. J. Morgan, and suffered a heart attack in the early morning. Dr F. J. Appleby Avas hastily sum moned and ordered his removal to the hospital. Every effort was made to bring the sick man to Whakatane but he passed away in the car which was conveying him. Friends of the family will feel the deepest sympathy for the bereaved family.
