COUNCILLOR BRABANT'S ACTION BOROUGH COUNCILS GOOD WISHES Announcing that he had volunteered for active service overseas in the. second echelon from New Zealand, Cr H. Brabant last Monday eA 7 cning informed the Borough Council that he anticipated being called tip early next year. He AA'as granted leaA'e of absence for the duration of the AA'ar or for the period he AA T as required in camp. The Mayor, Mr B. S. Barry, in expressing the council's congratulations, said that Avhile they Avould all miss him from the council table they felt proud of the fact that Cr Brabant Had felt and answered the call to duty. One and all they joined in Avishing him a safe return.
