BETTER BUSINESS
The stimulating effect of the approaching Christmas season, has had a marked and very favourable 'impression on local business, and a round of the shops at this juncture, indicates that there is a definite lift in trade, generally. The same, is reported from other centres in the Bay of Plenty, where shopholders declare that the number of customers has been steadily increasing, and the volume of business has shown an appreciable rise.
