The New Bank. Work on the new Union Bank building on the corner of George Street and The Strand is proceeding well, and it is hoped to complete the building in about three months time.> The concrete work is now practically completed, and thus the back ot the job is broke ri,< though there remains the completion of the roof the laying of floors, subdivision of the interior, glazing, plumbing, instate lation of power, and all the other details of that sort. When these are attended to the handsome and solid building will be a distinct gain to> the business section of the town
