GRAND FINAL DANCE 5 * * - PRESENTATIONS TO QUEENS At a special meeting 03 the central executive of the Queen Carnival the date for the windup dance was fixed for Wednesday. 'October 11th. The event will talc* place in the Winter Show Hall and ; a special efiovt will be made to ensure a proper festive and carnival • atmosphere. Special attractions arranged for were novelties and comvpetitional dances. The main event of the evening will be the presentation ofi gifts to the Carnival Queens, Misses Howat Carter and Kent by the Mayor, Mr B. ;S. Barry.
