RACING CLUB TAXATION
At its annual meeting last week the Franklin Racing Club, Pukekohe protested against the action of the Commissioner of Taxes in ruling that racing club profits are subject to the Social Security Tax and decided to ask the Racing Conference to contest the ruling.
