ANGLICAN CHURCH CEREMONY

St. George's Anglican Church. Whakatane, witnessed a pretty wedding on Saturday when eldest daughter of Mr and Mrs Shaw of Paroa married Euan, third son. of Mt and Mrs W. Hutton. Whakatane. Dressed in figured satin with ft long flowing train, and her veil caught with a coronet of orange bios soms the bride carried a bouquet cream roses and carnations as shii was escorted to the altar by her father. The pretty group of attewfcL ants was composed of Miss Rosalie Shaw, the bride's sister, and Miss Betty Shaw_ her cousin, as bridesmaids. and Joy and Ann Shaw, nieces respectively of the bride and bride-* groom, all dressed alike in fuschia coloured net over taffetas falling from Avaist irr full soft folds. The da-'nty flower girls carried bas-, kets of flowers in toning shades.. The best ma n was Mr J. Hutttifi* the bridegroom's brother, and Mr J. Moore was groomsman . The ceremony , \va s performed by the Rev. C. Caulton and the church was decorated prettily with flowers and greenery At the reception later in the Central Dining Rooms Mrs A. Shaw received her guests in a wine-coloureft crepe de chine dress with toning accessories. Mrs W. Hutton, who ried a bouquet of violets, wore black lace. Guests at the reception, and the subsequent dance included: Mr and Mrs P. Shaw (Hamilton), Mr arid Mrs J. Shaw (Auckland), Mr and Mrs Shaw (Morrinsville) Mr and Mrs F. Sharrock (Arapuni), Mrs Cox (Tar enaki). Mr C. Shaw (Taranaki) and Mr s Tyrell (Tirau), Mr and Mr? jA. J. Moore, Mr and Mrs W. Hutton Mrs C. H. Shaw ( Mr and Mrs B. Shaw, Mr B. Shaw, Mr E.
