Birthday Gift for Mr Nehru
Pandit Nehru, Prime Minister of India. inspecting a birthday gift from the people of Bombay when he returned from a visit to the United States. The gift is a gold pillar studded with diamonds, in which is incorporated the Indian hag. It cost £B,OOO sterling.
