BASKETBALL IN TAURANGA
LIAISON BETWEEN TWO ASSOCIATIONS Representatives of the Tauranga Indoor Basketball Association (the president, Mr C. Handle, and the secretary, Mr M. Patton) met the Tauranga Basketball Association's executive at its monthly meeting on Tuesday evening, to discuss the question of liaison between the two associations. It was unanimously decided to advise all players that participation in both comoetitions would not oreelude any player from being selected for representative match-play in either association. It was agreed, however, that, as naturally a player had the right to choose the game she most preferred, she should clearly indicate at the commencement of eacli scanon, her preference, if likely to •be selected for representative play,
