DAIRY COMPANY DIRECTORS
OFFICERS ELECTED AT KATIKATI (Time- Special JVr'ortcr) There were nine nominaj.irns received- for the three vacancies on the directrra'e of the Katikati Cooperative Dairy Company at the annual meeting of shareholders hold on Monday. Of the three retiring directors, Messrs C. Hume and G. E. Walford offered themselves for reelection but Mr W, A. Blcor declined nomination. 'As the result of the ballot. Messrs Hume, G. Henry and D. Wickham were elected directors for the next two years. The remaining members of the board who retain office for another 12 months are Messrs H. J. Cooper, G. L. Sharp, F. W. Ellery and C. A. Moore. Mr A. J. 'Gallaher, was re-elected auditor by the. meeting.
