SIR S. CRIPPS IN ROME

TALK ON BRITAIN’S RECOVERY London, April 29. The Chancellor of the Exchequer, Sir Stafford Cripps, has arrived in Rome. He has described bis visit to Italy as semi-official. He is to lecture on Great Britain’s economic recovery at the Institute of Labour in Rome on Tuesday and he will have private talks with members of the Italian Cabinet.
