Year
Will Put Stop To Ali
Nationalisation
London, April. 2!)
Mr Churchill has told 6,000 members of the Primrose League at a London meeting that Great Britain is entering on a fateful year which will see as its climax, one of the most memorable and formidable electoral struggles. He said the prospects of the Conservative Party in the general election were good but only if there was no slackening in the efforts of every individual.
Mr Anthony Eden told the meeting that among the things the Conservative Party will try to do if it is returned to power would be to reduce Government expenditure, stop all further schemes of nationalisation. provide incentives and revive the Victorian respect for thrift.
