London, April 21

Sixteen British steel workers, have completed a month's study of American production methods, gave their impressions in Washington today on what they have seen. They thought that much could be learned in the United Kingdom about the planning of American factories, but that it would not be possible to adopt all the American technique of standardisation and specialisation.
