VICE-REGAL TOUR OF FAR NORTH
(P.A.) Kaitaia, April 21. Paying their first official visit to the Far North, the Governor-Gen-eral, Sir Bernard Freyberg, V.C.. and Lady Freyberg arrived r l . Kaitaia this aftenoon from Auckland. This is the first official visit to the northern area by a GovernorGeneral frr many years, the ksc occasion being bv Sir Charles Ferguson, although Sir Cyril New" 11 made a flying visit for a pnvals investiture.
