MEETING OF PRIME MINISTERS

BRITISH COMMONWEALTH CONFERENCE i CEYLON MAY BE CHOSEN j AS PLACE j London, Jan. 20. Discussions have been going on for some time between the United Kingdom and the other Commonwealth Governments on the question of an early conference of Commonwealth Prime Ministers. A diplomatic correspondent says that various recommendations arc being examined. Among them is the proposal that all the Foreign Ministers of the British Commonwealth should meet in the late spring or early summer of this vear. It has been suggested that Ceylon might be convenient for the talks, but it has not yet been decided. The correspondent says that a great number of factors will have to be taken into consideration before the time and place for such a meeting can be Fixed.
