PROSPECTS FOR GYMKHANA IN 1949 (Times Correspondent) It was decided at the annual general meeting of the Tauriko Sports Club to obtain the views of the community on the jbrospects of holding a Gymkhana in 1949 and to hold a general meeting to discuss the proposal. The following officers were elected: President, Mr R. Gasson; vice-president, Mr W. Belk; secre-tary-treasurer, Mrs D. McGregor; committee, Mrs L. Allan and Messrs D. McGregor, J. L. Geraghty and T. L. Walker.
