BUS PLUNGES OVER BANK
THREE SCHOOL CHILDREN * INJURED (p.A.) Wanganui, Nov. 9. Three Maori school, children were injured this morning when a passenger bus travelling from Pipiriki to Wanganui plunged 12ft over a bank. The accident occurred on a bend 17 miles from Wanganui. A large willow stopped the bus, and the passengers scrambled back to the road.
The three children were admitted to hospital. Their injuries were not serious.
