PRIME MINISTER VISITS U.S. BASES
London, Aug. 23
The Danish Prime Minister returned to Copenhagen today after his tour of Greenland. He said that he had visited American bases in Greenland but that he had not concluded any secret military pact with the United States.
Although Denmark could not defend Greenland against attacks by a great power the Prime Minister said that she must insist on her sovereignty and moral right to the island.
