DANCE AT OROPI

(Times Correspondent) The Oropi social committee held its fortnightly dance in the Oropi Hall last week. The master of ceremonies was Mr C. Scott, and the musicians were Mrs Monk (piano), and Messrs Brocliway and Fugill (piano-accordians). An extra was given by Mr Milsom on the bagpines. A Monte Carlo waltz was 'won Dy Miss O. Fugill and Mr J. Parkinson. Owing to power cuts the evening was concluded by candlelight.
