MEETING OF 16 NATIONS
EUROPEAN RECOVERY PLAN APPOINTMENT OF ADMINISTRATOR London, April 7. Mr Ernest Bevin is going to Paris next week to open another session of the 16-nation conference on the European Recovery Programme. A diplomatic correspondent says the date of this meeting is not yet fixed, but it will probably be about the middle of the week. * He said the conference will set up a permanent organisation to coordinate the economic plans of the 16 nations, and also to work closely with the administrator of the European Recovery Programme, Mr Hoffman, whose nomination b> President Truman has now been unanimously approved by tne Senate.
