BODY TO LIE IN STATE
TRIBUTES TO M. MASARYK IN CZECHOSLOVAKIA REACTIONS OF COMMUNIST PRESS London, March 11. The Czechoslovak Communist Prime Minister, M. Gottwald, received unanimous support for his programme of further nationalisation and land reform in the Czechoslovak narliament today. The Foreign staff of the Foreign Office in Prague assembled for a memorial service in honour of M. Masaryk. The body of M. Masaryk will lie in state tomorrow. A Prague correspondent today said that the Czechoslovak Press carried obituaries today. It also gave prominence 'to tributes by Mr Churchill and Mr Bevin. They also hurled attacks at British correspondents and politicians who had suggested that M. Masaryk had been hounded to death. Any statements that were unfavourable to the new regime were carefully omitted.
