NEW PRESIDENT FOR BURMA
Rangoon, July 30. The Burmese Constituent Assembly, at the opening of its second session yesterday, elected Bo Po Kun, newly-appointed Minister of Education, as its temporary President in place of General Aung San, who, with six other Ministers, was assassinated on July 19.
