Canadian grain officials say .that unless more railway wagons 'become available all grain .shipments to Britain must stop in a few days;. There is hardly enough grain at thn ports to fill one ship and a serious congestion of shipping is feared at Vancouver where 16 vessels are due next week, but there is no grain waiting for them.
