BRITISH FORCES IN JAPAN \ P.A. Wellington, Feb. 20. Troops in the British Commonwealth Occupation Forces in Japan write twice as-many letters home as they receive. During Jamiaiy the troops sent out from Japan 1,408,295 letters to their home countries, England, Australia, New Zealand and India, and received 653,439 letters. , ’ ' ' '
