French recently put up a customs frontier is to be discussed by the Council of Foreign Ministers at its meeting in Moscow next month unci not by the Allied Control Council foi Germany.

The political adviser to the U.S. Military Government. Mr Murphy, says it has not yet been decided who should sign the Peace Treaty on behalf of Germany. He hoped it would he signed by a future Democratic German Government.
