BRITISH OFFICER KIDNAPPED
OUTRAGE BY JEWISH
GUNMEN

Ten Jewish gunmen have kidnapped a British officer. He was seized in the Metropole Hotel at Nathanya, a place half-way between Tel Aviv and Haifa.
A message from Jerusalem says that this latest outrage is in retaliation for the birching of a Jew who was convicted cf an armed hold-up.
