ATTITURE IN GERMANY London, Oct. 7. A "get tough" order from Group Captain D. M. Somerville, commanding the Royal Air Force station in Berlin states: "The Germans are a defeated nation. It is right and proper for the British to make way for female Germans but male Germans will always be required to make way for British. If necessary, the latter will elbow them out of the way." The Berlin correspondent of the Daily Express says the order mentions that some members of the R.A.F. have been seen making way on footpaths for Germans, "even former members of the Wehrmacht."
