NEGOTIATIONS IN CAIRO Mr Bevin To Attend Final Stages No Special Commitments Over Sudan London, May 22. In Cairo negotiations for a revision of the Anglo-Egyptian treaty have reached a stage where draft ■texts have been exchanged between the delegations, is These drafts are being examined and there will be further negotiations. Diplomatic correspondents in London say that Mr Bevin is to fly to Caiio for the concluding stages but no date has been fixed yet. Li reply to a question in the Commons, Mr Bevin said that no special commitments had been made with regard to the Sudan.
