Newspapers in Moscow publish photostats of captured Genpan Foreign Ministry documents showing that Franco’s Government concluded a military alliance with Hitler on February 12, 1943.
Telegrams from von Moltke to Ribbentrop, showed that Spain signed a protocol slating that she was prepared to resist any landing by British dr American troops on the Iberian Peninsula. Ribbentrop promised German aid .if Spain opposed the Allies.
