EXPELLED FROM PARTY
FORMER COMMUNIST LEADER
New York, Feb. 14
The national committee of the Communist Party has expelled EaiT Browder, former national, chairman, from the party for “gross violation of party discipline and decisions, for active opposition to the party’s political line and leadership, for betraying The principles of Marxism and Leninism and deserting to the side of the class enemy—American monopoly capital.”
Mr Browder, who last July was ousted from his position as leader of the Communists in the United Spates because of his alleged support of* the system of free enterprise, has organised “Distributors Guide, Inc’’, an information service for subscribers in the merchantile and industrial fields.
