UNRRA TO EXPAND
MORE RELIEF WORK NEXT YEAR Missions At Minsk And Kiev Unable To Give All The Help Needed London, Dec. 23. A Washington announcement by the director-general of Unrra says that Unrra will take on more relief work next year besides carrying on the work it began this year. He said that during the coming year Unrra would provide supplies to the White Russian and Ukranian Soviet Republics and there would be Unrra missions at Minsk and Kiev. Italy. Austria, Finland, China and Korea would get help, but he emphasised that owing to shortage of goods and funds Unrra would be unable to give all the help the world needed.
