End Of War In Europe Approaching •* ’ - Japanese. Still To Be Finished . London, April 22. Mr Churchill said at Bistol yesterday that the end of the war in Europe' was approaching but it is no time to talk of celebrations yet. “We have the Japanese to finish,“ he said, “and we have to stand ahsolutely with our gretft American ally paying off, at the other end of the world, debts as heavy as ever were inflicted on us.” Mr Churchill was in Bristol to receive the freedom of the city.
