ACTION IN SOUTHERN FRANCE London, Sept. 13. Reuter's correspondent at Mediterranean headquarters reports that American forces in Son;hern Prance have incapacitated another German general. He is Major-General Allan Nake, commander 61' the 159th Reserve Division. The Americans strafed and wrecked the car in which General Nake was travelling. The general was critically wounded but was not taken prisoner.
