VIOLENT FIGHTING IN STREETS Red Army Also Reaches Czech Border London, Sept. 14. To-day's German communique dealing with fighting on the eastern front, says Soviet troops have broken into the Warsaw suburb of Praga. Violent fighting is said to be going on in the streets. Praga, an industrial suburb, lies on the eastern side of the "Vistula from the main part of Warsaw. The Russian advance in southern Poland has carried the Red Army to the Czechoslovak border and one message from Moscow said it is believed that patrols have already crossed the border.
