SWIMMING AND TENNIS Te Puke Pupils Visit Tauranga Ideal weather prevailed when pupils of the Te Puke District High School visited Tauranga on Thursday, March 9, to challenge the local school teams in both swimming and tennis. A high standard was maintained by all competitors, Tam ranga regaining the swimming honours lost to Te Puke last year. The even score in tennis until the last two matches showed how well the teams were matched. The results were as follow: Diving and Swimming Girls’ diving: Pat Johnson (Tauranga) 1, Pam Johnson (Tauranga) 2, R. Riggir (Tauranga) - 3; Tauranga 73 points, Te Puke 51 points. Boys’ diving: A.
