SWEDISH CONCESSION
GERMAN AIRCRAFT London, August 16. The Swedish Foreign Office has announced that Germany and Sweden have agreed to German courier planes flying over Sweden to Norway and Finland. t In future they will be civil machines manned by civilians, no; by members of the forces. The planes must carry flags and painted wings for identification purposes, . and they are forbidden to carry bombs or guns. The agreement followed the landings of courier planes manned by military personnel.
