JAPANESE THREAT Comment On Gandhi’s Policy Withdrawal of British London. June 10. A prominent Indian leader speaking in Bombay has expressed his views on Mr Gandhi’s statement that the British should withdraw from India. He said that in his opinion a British withdrawal would certainly mean that Japan would conquer India.
