DARING FLIGHT

FIGHTER OVER PARIS French Flags Dropped Further Offensive Sweeps London, June 16. The Air Ministry has announced that on Friday last a single Beaufighter made a flight over Paris and dropped the French tricolour over the Arc de Triomph.e. The pilot then flew on and attacked buildings used by the German authorities with cannon fire, dropping a second flag. To-day our Spitfires were out over the area’ between Bruges and Ostend where they attacked a variety of targets. One plane was lost.
