Counting' on Licking It was a great fight. Ten thousand spectaters cheered themselves hoarse as the boxers stood toe to toe and slugged each other Avith rights and lefts. Suddenly one of the contestants dropped to the canvas. The crowd went mad. He took a count of four and then rose. In a few seconds he was floored again. The crowd went crazy. Their voices rose in one grand sustained roar. The fighter on the floor took a count of one-two-three-four again. The roar of the crowd increased in volSuddenly the fallen boxer leaped to his feet and faced the howling mob. "Stop that darned yelling," he cried. How do you expect me to hear the count?" And he sank once more to the canvas.
