Miss B. Better of Remuera, Auckland, is spending a a fortnight with Mrs McKechnie, Edgcumbe Road.

Mr and Mrs A. C. Isherwood leave to-day : for Wellington where they ■will spend a fortnight’s holiday. They will be accompanied by their youngest son, Mr Ren Isherwood, who has been accepted for service with the Fleet Air Arm.

Mrs j. G. Mann leaves on Monday to spend several weeks in Rotorua.

Mr and Mrs F. O. Andrews left to-day for Christchurch to visit their son who is seriously ill.
