lEW POST OFFICE SCHEME Wellington, Feb. 19 scheme has been formulated by Post and Telegraph office where■eiiders of letters to overseas destions can be assured that duph- , copies of such letters will not forward by the same mail as the Inals, according to an announcelt made by the Postmaster-Gen the Hon.
