FOUR ARRESTS MADE

THEFTS AT MOUNT MAUNGANUI OWNERS OF GOODS SOUGHT BY POLICE Arising out of thefts from the Tauranga Golf Club's premises and thefts at Mount Maunganui, including several from the bathing sheds there, four arrests have been made by the Tauranga police. As a result, of the arrests the police have in their possession a large quantity of goods, including sports coats, shirts and other articles of clothing thought to have been taken from the dressing sheds at the Mount, also a Spanish guitar, a camera, electric torches and various other articles, for whom owners are being sought. Persons who have had articles stolen are therefore advised, to communicate with the police as. soon as possible.
