, EXECUTIVE MEETING At a meeting of the executive committee of the Tauranga Basketball Association, nominations for the season tournament were accepted from the following clubs: Te Puna (two clubs). Athletics Club (five teams), School (three teams), Rangataua, Wairoa, Whaka, Om/)koroa, Matakana, Rovers, H.5.0.G., True Blues, M.1.A., McKenzies, Terriers, Te Puke (two teams). Mesdames Boyce and Johnson, Misses Richardson and Naylor and Mr A. D. Holloway were elected as a selection committee for the season with Mrs Boyce to direct the coaching. Details of the tournament on the King’s Birthday were left to the Management Committee to arrange. It was decided to leave clubs free to nominate teams for the tournament, with the advice of the Executive that unless a club had a team of strong all-round combination it would be to its advantage to permit its members to be free for selection in a combined team to be selected during May. Teams from Rotorua and Whakatane have already indicated their .intention of entering. Games Fox* Saturday Owing to the postponement of games on April 2S on account of wet weather, a revised draw of games for grading purposes has been drawn up for next Saturday as follows: Court 1. —School A v. Athletic United, Te Puna v. Matakana, Athletic Keaotoa v. McKenzies. Court 2.—H.5.0.G. v. Rovers, School B v. Wairoa, Te Puna. B v. M.I.A.
Court 3. —Athletic Kiwi v. Rangataua, Athletic Tuis v. True Blues, Terriers v. Another.
Court 4.—School C v. Whaka, Athletic Triers v. Omokoroa. Referees. —Court 1; Misses Richardson and, Harrison; Court 2: Mr Holloway and Miss Court 3r'Mrs Boyce and Mrs Gaulton; Court 4; Misp Wilton and Miss Williams.
The following players will be representing the Athletic Basketball Clubs in the weekly competition matches to he played on the Domain on Saturday afternoon. Most uniforms are now 7 complete, despite difficulties in obtaining material, a further supply having arrived on Tuesday. New members enrolled this week are Jean Buchanan and Phylis Wright. Athletic Keaotoa. —Mrs Ingram, Misses N. Swinbourne, G. Neno, R. Hebe*, G. Mac Gill, M. McLeod, R. Ririnui, C. Pilini, G. Ferguson. Uniform—Maroon gym, tussor blouse, maroon ties. Athletic United. —Misses D. Sutton, P. Thompson, C. Anderton, R. Petch, Lucy Dezlan, C. Lloyd, V. Tribelco, T. Keenan, H. Wood, K. Phelps. Uniform —Grey gym, cherry blouse and grey tie. Athletic Tuis. —Mesdames Philip, Kivell, Dunstan, Plumnfer, Gamble, Polley, Woodcock, Walden, Jones, Lorrigan.
Uniform —Grey gym, white blouse and cherry tie.

All players and intending players are requested to assemble on the domain between 1.3 0 and 1.45 for the election of captains.
